What is your educational philosophy?

I think of the eighteen years of teaching I have done since I first encountered this question. When I think about it, I find an effort and love that is not based on any philosophy or knowledge. This picture you see is actually telling, with the rash in the eyes and the smile on the lips.

Maybe this is my philosophy and I haven’t named it.When faced with this question, I thought that there should be love and patience, but there should also be a terminological definition of this job. In this article, I want to make and present a salad from myself and my research.

If you are a teacher in primary school: your priority should be to make students love the class and the environment and make them enjoy learning. Especially the distance education that we do nowadays requires more of this. As I mentioned in different environments before, I chose this profession as a teacher in the theater where I played in primary school and I had no other goals. It was my teachers who made me love the teaching profession, I was lucky, I came across good teachers. Not every person can live this chance.

You are in a class where we have different characters, interests, family situations and brain functions. It is not possible for us to ensure that every student learns at the same time and at the same level. So the most important task of a teacher is to love and love his job.

TEACHER: a person who inspires, guides and engages their students in learning and growing to meet their full potential

see also: smart,patient,kind……

According to my research on this subject, education is a lifelong learning process and indispensable for students. Students must be able to organize, understand and apply what they have learned or cannot learn in schools to deal with the complex and varied questions of their daily life. In this case, just math, physics,

We are teaching not only biology but also coming to life. We are the ones who will ensure their will and diligence.

As a task for teachers, all responsibility for the classroom, development and liking of the lesson is the teacher’s responsibility, because as soon as the door is closed, the one who is alone in the classroom with the students is the teacher, not the parents, not the school coordinator, only you and the students. Classroom lessons become fun, it is up to you that students’ minds are not interested in other subjects. Maybe teachers will be too dissent, but the teacher’s job is not to teach the lesson well, but to control the class and love the lesson.

I would like to share a memory I have recently lived in.

I had a female student in a classroom where I taught for five years in primary school. He recently graduated from the best university in my country. When I said I was doing a master’s degree in mathematics, she said to me.

“Teacher, I remember your presentation, you always told us that you loved math lessons. You have made a very good choice in math-related mastery and I am sure you will be successful. “

Old school knowledge is remembered only by the student of a teacher who loves his job.

I have read many articles and watched videos on educational philosophy. I would like to share one of the articles I have used here.

With 10 items according to myself, we can list what teachers should do as follows.

1) Love your job and especially little people— We call them students ;) —

2) Get to know your students and their families closely.

3) Use words that will have a positive effect on their character.

4) Always be in control, but don’t be felt.

5) You have to build class consciousness.

6) Students who do not establish friendships should not be left in the class.

7) You have to know how to stay quiet, watch and wait.

8) You have to be very well prepared and planned for your lesson.

9) Everything outside of the classroom should be excluded.

10) Be confident. Be behind every word and never forget, for these little creatures never forget the words they say.
